When you get stuck with your Home Assistant or other home automation controller, we can join you via a remote session to help you get back on track.

What can you use remote support for?

This service is intended for technical support with installation, configuration, and instruction. You can also use remote support for Home Assistant when you need assistance with settings or configuration.

Session duration

The remote session is valid for a maximum of 60 minutes of support. The ticket cannot be split across multiple sessions and expires after one session.
